Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join Avicado’s IT team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across cloud platforms, communication tools, and enterprise systems. You will manage M365, Azure, Slack, and related IT services while driving automation, security, and user experience improvements.

In Short

• Stabilize and optimize M365 tenant, Azure resources, and Slack workspaces.
• Implement automation scripts and workflows to reduce repeatable tasks.
• Establish clear documentation and add processes to the internal knowledge base.
• Partner with the IT team to support enterprise client projects.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Manage SharePoint Online and Azure subscriptions.
• Support and manage Slack workspaces and integrations.
• Provide IT support for end-users.
• Automate repeatable IT tasks using PowerShell.
• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong expertise in M365 administration, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Slack administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience supporting end-user services in a remote team environment.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• English fluency: C1 or higher.
• Based in Argentina, with ability to work U.S. time zones PST strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Slack and Notion.
