Project Manager - Remote

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support client accounts and internal teams by owning timelines, deliverables, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes full ownership of projects from kickoff to completion.

• Support account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across all client initiatives.
• Manage client action items, deliverables, promotions, and marketing calendar updates.

• Own and maintain client marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with agency goals.
• Manage distribution of creative deliverables, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Support new client onboarding by coordinating project setup, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to set clients up for long-term success.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with project management tools and workflows.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
• Design experience is a plus, especially for communicating effectively with creative teams.
