The Solutions Specialist role focuses on assisting small and mid-sized businesses in maximizing their trial experience with Knack, a no-code platform.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective customers during their trial.
  • Guide users through onboarding processes and product features.
  • Provide hands-on support via chat, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs.
  • Recommend appropriate pricing plans based on user needs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams for improvements.
  • Maintain CRM to track leads and opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and support.
  • Engage with users to accelerate their path to conversion.
  • Share insights to refine onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding or related roles.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex products.
  • Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in SaaS or no-code platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools like Intercom or Zoom.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals.
  • Ability to engage and support users effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
