Data Solutions Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Data Solutions Specialist will work with new customers to set up their data in Subscript and ensure everything is correct, playing a crucial role in complex, data-intensive implementations.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for new customers after they sign on to Subscript.
• Assist customers in connecting their source data and validating it in Subscript.
• Work with various tools like CRMs, general ledgers, and billing tools.
• Utilize spreadsheets, external APIs, SQL, and occasionally Python for data analysis.
• Help define the role as the company grows and work closely with co-founders.
• Support team members with challenges and share insights.
• Work asynchronously with no scheduled internal meetings.
• Operate autonomously towards company goals.
• Work remotely with clients across different time zones.
• Participate in team-building activities and off-site meetings.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Quickbooks, and Stripe.
• Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work during US-Pacific hours for client interactions.
