Overview

As the first AI Solutions Specialist for our new AI configs product, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how AI engineers release, monitor, and optimize their applications. Working within the LaunchX incubation team, you'll be instrumental in shaping and driving the adoption of our AI engineering solutions across LaunchDarkly’s customers.

In Short

• Lead strategic initiatives to engage with key design partners and customers.
• Gather and integrate customer feedback and market trends into product development.
• Facilitate technical workshops with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Spearhead implementation and adoption of new products.
• Close initial customers and achieve revenue targets.
• Document Solutions Engineering playbooks and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for feasibility.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.
