Overview

LaunchDarkly is seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer with experience utilizing Golang, React, and Typescript to help build an experimentation platform that balances power and accessibility.

In Short

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions.
Collaborate on architectural decisions that impact system performance.
Lead limited scope features from definition to deployment.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize service reliability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
Participate in code reviews to support code quality.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Improve observability and operational excellence.
Investigate and resolve production issues.

Requirements

4+ years of experience building full stack web applications.
Familiarity with Typescript, React, Node, and Go is preferred.
Solid grasp of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Experience with scalable, production-grade systems.
Familiarity with observability practices and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Comfortable in Agile development environments.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
Self-motivated and proactive approach.
