Implementations Specialist - SaaS B2B Finance Data - Remote

The Data Solutions team works with new customers to set up their data in Subscript and verify everything is correct!

In Short

• The product: We're building the premier metrics-first finance and billing platform that empowers B2B SaaS leaders to invoice their customers, tell their ARR story, and track accounting revenue, all in one place—regardless of how complex their customers' contracts are.
• The role you'll play on our team: You'll be the first point of contact for new customers after they've signed on to Subscript, and will work with them through complex, data-intensive implementations.
• Your primary target customers will be East Coast, with flexibility required to cover Europe/West Coast as needed.
• Over the course of each implementation, you'll work to get ARR metrics, invoices, and accounting revenue clean and complete, referencing clients' CRMs, general ledgers, billing tools, and spreadsheets.
• You'll be an early member of our Data Solutions team and will help define what the role becomes as we grow.
• We are an asynchronous team and operate completely autonomously.
• This is a remote job - work anywhere you want.
• We're a team that loves working together, including playing board games and meeting for off-sites.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and customer support.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Experience with billing tools like Quickbooks and Stripe.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and video calls.
• Flexibility to work with clients across different time zones.
• Bonus: Experience with Python.
