The Data Migration & Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in transferring and formatting customer data into the Knowify platform to enhance client onboarding and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry and migration for SaaS platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and reformat data from various sources.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-directed and reliable in managing deliverables.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting structures is beneficial.
• Prior experience in customer success is an advantage.
