Requirements

• Law graduate or experienced paralegal, preferably with real estate background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF editing, and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• Able to work independently in a remote team setup.
• Experience with property documents and title operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. legal documentation formats.
• Familiarity with communication tools like Slack and Google Meet.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
