Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Top tier interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Previous experience in client support with administrative duties.
• Ability to work independently.
• Incredibly detail oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated.
• Tenacious, eager to learn, and confident in upholding professional standards.
• Familiarity with Client Relationship or Case Management platforms a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.

Benefits

• $1,000 to $1,500/month depending on experience.
• Annual bonus up to 150% of monthly salary, including a $500 bonus at 90-days contingent on performance evaluation scores.
