Overview

The Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding and engagement of Quill’s free and premium partner teachers, schools, and districts, using technical and communication skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure educators have a smooth experience with our tools.

In Short

Support onboarding and engagement for teachers, schools, and districts.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
Provide technical product support to educators.
Recommend improvements based on user experience.
Maintain accurate records in various systems.
Assist in creating implementation resources.
Contribute to internal team processes.

Reports to the Director of Partner Success.
Fully remote U.S.-based role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency with digital tools.
Customer service mindset and organizational skills.
Interest in education and student outcomes.
Experience in edtech implementation or customer support preferred.
K–12 teaching background preferred.
