Overview

The Professional Learning Specialist/Manager at Quill.org is responsible for partnering with educators and school leaders to design and deliver impactful professional learning experiences that elevate teaching practices and improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of teaching experience with expertise in literacy instruction.
• Strong knowledge of writing pedagogy and the Science of Reading.
• Experience designing and delivering professional development for adult learners.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite and Zoom.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for equity in education.
• Experience creating on-demand professional learning content.
• Familiarity with learning management systems for tracking PD.
