• Lead the Professional Learning team responsible for onboarding and training customers.
• Oversee implementation and professional learning delivery.
• Ensure customers have a smooth and valuable experience from day one.
• Lead a team of facilitators and implementation specialists.
• Drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Expected travel for this role is up to 75%.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content.
• Monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for implementation concerns.
• Foster growth and alignment to company goals within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional learning or training roles.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Background in education or workforce development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A growth mindset and passion for helping others succeed.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer models.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
