Learning Program Manager - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager to join our Talent Development team. This role fosters a culture of continuous learning by ensuring the success of training programs, enhancing learner engagement, and driving performance improvement.

In Short

• Support a variety of learning programs for onboarding and continuous development.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives with efficient workflows.
• Coordinate instructor-led training workshops, both in-person and virtual.
• Propose enhancements to existing programs based on employee needs.
• Conduct employee orientation and new hire engagement activities.
• Support the creation of an in-house management development program.
• Maintain relationships with external training vendors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Enhance learning program effectiveness post-completion.
• Oversee logistics for program events and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; Project Management certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in learning program support.
• Experience in financial services or technology is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and Talent Management Platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

• Base salary range of $100,000 to $140,000.
