Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Corporate Generalist Attorney to join the Legal team with a focus on contracts and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will work across all functions, help manage external contractual relationships, and supervise outside counsel.

In Short

• Draft and review complex, technology-driven client engagement agreements.
• Develop and implement standard client form documentation.
• Draft and review a variety of general corporate agreements.
• Assist with legal aspects of strategic corporate development initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in law.
• Licensed to practice law in Portugal.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong English language skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with technology companies a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• High level of integrity.
