Assistant Vice President of Operations - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President of Operations to join our Platform Operations team and provide technical and operational support across several key clients in our alternative investment business.

In Short

• Oversee multiple clients and drive efforts to launch new funds.
• Improve operations and develop new processes and procedures.
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Execute end-to-end technical and operations deliverables.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve operational issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.
• 5+ years of experience in platform operations or similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Commitment to quality and a client-first mindset.

Requirements

• Experience in platform management or process management.
• Ability to balance team management and hands-on responsibilities.
• Experience managing external relationships and handling escalations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Alternatives middle-office experience is a strong plus.
