In Short

• Lead the Property Management operations and performance for the respective territory.
• Oversee all property-related activities throughout the Eastern Region.
• Manage a team of Regional Managers and directly oversee properties.
• Develop and empower a strong understanding of the real estate markets.
• Ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with property Principals/Asset Managers.
• Collaborate with support departments for unified operations.
• Promote a culture of quality service and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards and laws.
• Lead marketing and business plans to achieve leasing goals.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven collaboration within a team.
• Inspiring leadership skills.
• Advanced skill level with MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Yardi PMS proficiency.
• Multifamily property management experience.
• 2-5 years Vice President experience.
• 10+ years management experience.
• BA or BS in business or related field.
• CPM and applicable State Brokers License preferred.
