Assistant Vice President, Fund Finance - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for executing critical accounting, valuation, and reporting functions for '34 Act Registered Funds' at iCapital, ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with SEC reporting requirements.

In Short

• Perform detailed reviews of monthly NAV packages.
• Reconcile cash and positions between administrators and custodians.
• Validate portfolio valuations for accuracy.
• Recalculate management and incentive fees.
• Review fund-level expense payments and accruals.
• Assist in SEC filings (Form 10-Q and Form 10-K).
• Manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Draft and review current reports (Form 8-K).
• Utilize technology to publish NAV statements.
• Oversee third-party tax provider for K-1s.

Requirements

• 3-8+ years of fund accounting or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of investment company accounting under US GAAP.
• Experience with registered funds and SEC reporting.
• Able to manage complex financial data accurately.
• Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills.
• CPA preferred but not required.
