Overview

An Assistant Vice President is needed for the Fund Finance Private Equity team at iCapital, focusing on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration duties.

• Collaborate with third-party administrators for quarterly valuations.
• Review fund expenses against budgets to identify discrepancies.
• Confirm investor allocations and approve capital account statements.
• Review management fee calculations.
• Coordinate investor capital calls and distributions.
• Reconcile accounting data and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with fund managers as needed.
• Handle ad hoc financial requests.
• Monitor compliance with partnership agreements.
• Prepare annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services or asset management.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CPA, CFA) are a plus.
