In Short

• Join the Fund Finance Private Capital team as a Vice President.
• Focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration duties.
• Work closely with team members, vendors, and clients.
• Review fund documents and provide feedback.
• Oversee quarterly NAV and capital account statements.
• Participate in management-level meetings.
• Facilitate process automation with technology teams.
• Monitor fund compliance with operating agreements.
• Prepare annual fund financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of financial services or asset management experience.
• Experience in alternative investments is a plus.
• Advanced degree or credentials (MBA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with big picture capability.
