Vice President of Finance - Remote

Overview

Woolf is seeking a Vice President of Finance with a CPA or CFA certification to lead and scale our finance operations. As the finance lead in a fast-growing startup, you will play a critical role in shaping Woolf's financial strategy, scaling processes, and preparing the organization for its next stage of growth, including a Series A fundraising round.

• Generate quarterly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
• Design scalable bookkeeping and financial processes.
• Collaborate with operations and data teams for efficiency.

Requirements

• CPA or CFA certification required.
• Deep expertise in global financial operations.
• Proven ability to build and scale finance teams.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive on high-stakes challenges.
• Must have 6 or more hours of overlap with US Pacific Timezone (PST).
