Associate or Assistant Vice President - Hedge Fund Finance - Remote

In Short

• Join the Hedge Fund Finance team focusing on registered funds.
• Manage fund accounting and financial reporting to investors.
• Build relationships with fund managers and administrators.
• Design and implement processes for servicing funds.
• Work with various teams to support fund operations.
• Participate in new fund structuring and onboarding.
• Monitor cash positions and manage cash reserves.
• Define and maintain operating policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements.
• Fulfill ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of fund accounting or finance operations experience.
• Tender offer or Interval Fund experience preferred.
• Private equity or private credit experience preferred.
• Advanced accounting and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
