Vice President, Hedge Fund Finance Management - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking for the ideal candidate to join the Hedge Fund Finance Management team in a Vice President role. This role will be responsible for managing an accounting team that services a fast-growing sector of the business.

• Manage an accounting team for hedge fund services.
• Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Build relationships with fund managers and administrators.
• Design processes for fund servicing.
• Collaborate with various teams including Investor Relations and Compliance.
• Participate in fund structuring and onboarding.
• Monitor compliance with operating agreements.
• Manage cash positions and reconciliations.
• Define and maintain operating policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 9+ years of fund accounting or finance operations experience.
• Advanced degree or CPA is a plus.
• Strong accounting skills and experience in an audit framework.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
