Overview

iCapital is looking for the ideal candidate to join the Hedge Fund Finance Management team. This role will be responsible for managing an accounting team that services a fast-growing sector of the business.

• Manage an accounting team servicing hedge fund vehicles.
• Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting to investors.

• Design and implement processes for servicing funds.
• Collaborate with various teams to support fund operations.
• Monitor fund compliance and cash positions.
• Run accounts payable and expense allocation processes.
• Define and maintain operating policies and procedures.
• Liaise with custodians and banks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 10+ years of fund accounting or finance operations experience.
• Advanced degree or CPA designation is a plus.
• Passion for innovative technology.
• Advanced accounting skills preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Eager to learn in an evolving business environment.
