The Finance Manager at Kolsquare is responsible for ensuring financial excellence, driving profitable growth, compliance, and strategic alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control.
• 4-5 years of experience in finance roles.
• Experience in an audit firm or corporate finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and closing processes.
• Solid background in financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in process automation and ERP implementation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and organized.
• Passionate about digital marketing and influencer marketing.
