In Short

• Reporting to the Assistant Controller, responsible for EMEA region reporting.
• Improve internal systems for automation and accuracy in the recording process.
• Strengthen internal controls and develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Optimize ERP systems (NetSuite) for operational efficiency.
• Document business processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage month-end accounting processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support statutory and tax audits and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (mandatory).
• At least 5 years in similar roles, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of IFRS GAAP and Portuguese tax requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite/SAP ERP preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure; detail-oriented.
