In Short

• Join the Feedzai Platform Engineering Performance & Reliability team.
• Work on optimizing existing systems and building infrastructure.
• Automate aspects of cloud infrastructure and incident response.
• Participate in incident response and root cause investigations.
• Develop playbooks related to actionable alerts.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve systems performance.
• Utilize programming skills in Go, Python or similar languages.
• Maintain and develop infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Address complex challenges unique to Feedzai's fraud detection mission.
• Engage in a supportive role for cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Programming skills in Go, Python or similar languages.
• 2+ years of experience with scalable and distributed cloud services.
• 2+ years operating production environments.
• 1+ years of experience in cross-team collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic.
• Experience with Generative AI tools is a plus.
• Experience being on-call.
