In Short

• Lead technical teams consisting of software engineers and/or data scientists.
• Lead pre-sales meetings, discovery workshops, story boarding.
• Communicate project status including timeline, risks, delays, budget and the overall progress to select key stakeholders.
• Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical in nature and effectively deploy mitigation plans.
• Lead the scrum team in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Lead a project from start to finish, working with teammates from strategy, business analysis, development and quality assurance.
• Act as a consultant to clients by understanding their expectations and requirements.

Requirements

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar degree.
• Willingness to travel (between 10% to 30%).
• Experience of managing projects for external clients.
• Experience managing Software Engineers.
