Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, and construction of projects for a client account, while interacting with multiple stakeholder teams.

In Short

• Responsible for project management processes and procedures.
• Interact with clients, facility management, and contractors.
• Schedule and lead project meetings.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets and timelines.
• Supervise general contractors and vendors.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives and client needs are met.
• Travel required up to 35% of the time.
• Must be located in Northern California.
• Experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
• 7-10 years of project management or construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement projects.
• Proven leadership and administrative ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Ability to create budgets and schedules.
• Self-driven and organized.
• Willing to travel as needed.
