Overview

The Senior Communications & Change Specialist is responsible for executing internal communications and driving change strategy tailored to the unique and fast-paced demands of a large client environment.

• Serve as a bridge between corporate organization and account team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or change management.
• Proven track record in executing change communications.
• Superior written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
• Familiarity with change frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale transformation efforts is a plus.
• Understanding of client-facing operational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
