Overview

The Capital Planning Analyst is responsible for leading strategy and analytics in lifecycle refurbishment planning and data management systems, ensuring effective program performance.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management or real estate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven record of excellent customer service.
  • Experience in business requirements and analysis.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and manage document flow.
