Planning Analyst - Remote

Overview

BryceTech is seeking a Planning Analyst for FEMA’s Planning and Exercise Division (PED) to support national preparedness and emergency management planning initiatives. This position plays a vital role in the development and coordination of strategic and operational plans that strengthen FEMA’s readiness to respond to disasters and emergencies across the United States.

In Short

• Develop and maintain national, regional, and agency-specific emergency operations plans (EOPs).
• Conduct threat and hazard risk assessments.
• Coordinate planning activities with FEMA regional offices and other stakeholders.
• Support integration of planning efforts with FEMA exercises.
• Prepare detailed planning documents for senior leadership.
• Identify planning capability gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in emergency planning or strategic analysis.
• Strong understanding of emergency management doctrine.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance or above.
