Human Capital Program Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

BryceTech is looking for a program support specialist that will provide human capital operational support for federal government customers managing their external leadership development programs.

In Short

• Deliver and ensure quality of administrative processes.
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external candidates.
• Develop and implement a selection process for nominees.
• Prepare data analysis to inform selection panel reviews.
• Track program tuition expenditures with budget analyst.
• Support program leads in resolving ad hoc issues.
• Assist in designing and executing Agency Review Panels.
• Coordinate project assessment activities and meetings.
• Maintain records and tracking systems for requests and correspondence.
• Provide support for MS Teams events and documentation.

Requirements

• AA or BA preferred.
• 2 years, 5 preferred, of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
