CPM Holdings, Inc. is a leading process and equipment solutions provider to various industries. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Portal Support Specialist to help build and grow our e-commerce platform.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and test new functionalities.
• Provide first-line support for internal business stakeholders and customers.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Gather and analyze data on customer behavior and platform usage.
• Create wireframes and perform user acceptance testing.
• Document issues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create training materials for onboarding.
• Work in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a support role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with testing software or portal functionalities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
