Overview

The Support Specialist will be our front line inbound support for our customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a great customer journey.

In Short

  • Provide first-level support to customers via email and chat.
  • Work independently on first-level issues.
  • Triaging customer enquiries and escalating when necessary.
  • Document customer service interactions in the ticket management system.
  • Adhere to defined SLAs on first response timings.
  • Maintain effective business communication practices.
  • Support customers via chat, email, or phone.
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills in English.
  • Work in or closely with an HR team.
  • Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
