• Understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests quickly and efficiently.
• Stay on top of production issues and suggest workarounds.
• Document all customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Assist in onboarding and training processes for products.
• 3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Empathic and caring attitude is important.

Requirements

• Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work overnights and weekends.
• Experience using or installing Instinct EMR.
