Overview

The Accounts Receivable position at Omnipresent involves managing and collecting debts, processing customer invoicing, and maintaining customer accounts across various territories.

In Short

• Manage and collect debts of the Omnipresent Group’s debtors.
• Review customer accounts in UK, Europe, and the Rest of World.
• Process customer invoicing and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Post and allocate Accounts Receivable payments in multiple currencies.
• Respond to customer inquiries according to set SLAs.
• Perform additional duties as relevant.

Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable management.
• Knowledge of local sales tax regulations (VAT, GST, SUT).
• Proficiency in handling multicurrency transactions.
• Strong communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
