Overview

The Plant Operations Services Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Plant Operations Services Team, managing all aspects of Plant Operations Services, and serving as the primary subject matter expert globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Plant Operations and leading teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in driving operational excellence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to self-manage and collaborate across functions.
• Strong communication skills for presentations.
• High integrity and ethics.
• Able to read and interpret contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
