Manager, Field Services Operations - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Field Services Operations is a customer-centric, top talent individual that will take ownership of managing a support organization to maintain photo enforcement systems installed on buses throughout North America. This position will maintain compliance with established standards and utilize operations metrics to make informed business decisions.

• Manage and lead Supervisors and Field Service Technicians.
• Drive service excellence through internal teams and vendors.
• Contribute towards department P&L accuracy and tracking.
• Champion change management and drive a customer-focused culture.
• Provide leadership to improve performance and engagement.
• Analyze operational and process issues for efficiencies.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field services or related field.
• 3+ years of effective people leadership experience.
• Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Statistical/analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of effective relationships.
• Experience in business process engineering.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
