Overview

Verra Mobility is seeking a Manager of Talent Management & Development (L&D) who will play a strategic and hands-on role in building and delivering learning solutions that enhance employee performance and drive organizational capability.

In Short

• Design, deliver, and scale high impact learning programs.
• Partner with business leaders to assess training needs.
• Implement innovative, blended learning methods.
• Measure and report on learning effectiveness.
• Manage the company-wide onboarding experience and LMS.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for instructional design.
• Create tools for talent initiatives/processes.
• Contribute to career pathing and internal mobility practices.
• Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development and HR Leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters preferred.

Requirements

• Experience implementing Talent initiatives across the organization.
• Ability to conceptualize and monitor Talent Management programs.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong skills in managing talent initiatives and instructional design.
• Project management and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced with Office products like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and tasks.
