The Senior Manager of Talent Development will lead Alma’s learning and development initiatives, playing a vital role in cultivating a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and managing learning programs and tools that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in instructional design, facilitation, project management, and training program administration, with a passion for developing talent in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
• Provide thought leadership on key manager and leadership concepts.
• Leverage adult learning principles to create innovative learning interventions.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of the LMS.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs.
• Serve as a lead facilitator for leadership development programs.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in talent development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent development, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in instructional design and e-learning tools.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Proficient in LMS administration and learning technologies.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and budgets.
• Strong organizational and event planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
