• Lead BI analysts supporting Core Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance.
• Move beyond standard reporting to provide strategic insights.
• Establish strategic trust and roadmap ownership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics or BI.
• 3-4 years of experience managing analysts.
• Strong strategic and business-oriented partnership skills.
• Deep technical and analytical experience in modern data stack.
