Overview

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will oversee all data analytics and governance for a leading client in the technology industry, focusing on delivering technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and occupant experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, or Technology.
• Experience with business analytics or data visualization software.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in relationship management.
• Self-motivated with a client-centric focus.
• Experience in handling commercial real estate data is a plus.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.
• Curiosity about data and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
