• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions across all business functions.
• Drive technical excellence across the BI team.
• Act as a Data Product Owner for BI requests.
• Build and automate insightful reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable data models and pipelines.
• Mentor and coach BI analysts.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across all BI processes.
• Influence strategic planning with trend data and forecasting models.
• Standardize and optimize reporting tools and practices.
• Lead complex ad-hoc analyses and provide clear narratives.
