Business Intelligence Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Manager with a strong focus on Commercial Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop commercial analytics dashboards.
• Design and maintain KPI monitoring systems to track performance and identify trends.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for efficient data extraction and processing.
• Lead the implementation and management of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI reports.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and support internal teams on best practices for data visualization and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with different business units and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and actionable.
