Overview

HELPLINE is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the evolution of its decision-making information system and ensure operational continuity.

In Short

• Manage and evolve the BI system in alignment with company strategy.
• Ensure reliability and performance of BI tools (MicroStrategy).
• Oversee migration from SQL Server to Oracle and use of Talend (ETL).
• Manage a team member and structure the BI team.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in BI with expertise in MicroStrategy, SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend.
• Experience in BI system migration and large-scale project management.
• Ability to work in an international context and support SI transformation, English proficiency required.
• Autonomy, analytical mindset, and ability to deliver reliable solutions quickly.
• Experience in management (at least one person to supervise).
