Overview

The First Level IT Support role involves assisting clients with their technical issues, ensuring excellent customer service while providing support for various computer systems and inventory units.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and French

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and O365
  • Experience with collaboration tools like MS Teams
  • Basic knowledge of Apple products
  • Positive customer service attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, independent, and pragmatic approach
  • Motivated to learn and improve
  • Ability to work in a team environment
