  • Support and advance the company’s back-end infrastructure using various tools.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided; prior experience with these tools is not mandatory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain critical IT environments.
  • Apply medium to high proficiency in programming languages to automate IT services.
  • Analyze and evaluate IT services to recommend optimal solutions.
  • Develop scripts to streamline IT processes.
  • Optimize and scale hardware and software solutions.
  • Manage installation and maintenance of various IT platforms.
  • Oversee ticketing systems and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Experience with Kaseya and similar tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Google Workspace, and Amazon AWS.
  • Proficiency in programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze IT services.
  • Experience in managing IT environments.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
