Overview

As an IT Support 2nd Level professional at SBIT, you will be a key component in providing reliable support to our clients, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem resolution.

In Short

  • You will take responsibility for service requests and issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
  • Analyze problems, prioritize tasks, and document solutions within our ticketing system.
  • Work with modern Microsoft technologies including M365, Entra, and Exchange Online.

Requirements
