Overview

The IT Support Level 3 role involves assisting in the management and optimization of back-end infrastructure using various tools and services.

In Short

  • Assist in back-end infrastructure management.
  • Roll out various cybersecurity and IT tools.
  • Install and maintain Office 365, Google Workspace, and AWS products.
  • Manage Windows Server and other server installations.
  • Analyze and compare IT services for customer optimization.
  • Create scripts to automate processes.
  • Provide training for staff and clients.
  • Optimize hardware and software for scalability.
  • Manage email and DNS services.
  • Document troubleshooting and software management processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with Kaseya Tools preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of various IT services and tools.
  • Ability to create and manage scripts.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Kaseya BMS.
